Zmala Urban Innovation Lab offers support to city and territory stakeholders through consulting and tooling.
Tow forms of consulting :

Targeted expertise and advice for public or private stakeholders. This can be provided over the duration of a political mandate, for example, to ensure that the decisions made are relevant. It can also be for a specific project or to define a strategy. We carry out the evaluation and impact assessment work regarding urban planning and territorial development decisions.

Project management assistance to support public stakeholders in implementing virtuous planning mechanisms while advocating for the common interest in urban development. Effective project management that ensures the implementation of quality processes is essential for successful projects. We take care of the entire process, from drafting specifications to project delivery.
Tooling
Zmala also provides support to stakeholders by offering analytical tools (indicators, references, etc.), methodological tools, urban mediation, design and management tools, as well as digital tools, including application development.
